**Key Role Responsibilities**:
As a Head of Used Cars, you will be an integral member of the Head Office Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Continually analyse all data available, to make swift, decisive and effective decisions that shape the Groups used car strategy.
- Effectively manage the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives.
- Work closely with the Directors and Senior Management to create, implement, and review strategies.
- Maintain a consultative and supporting working environment for employees within your business area.
- Ensure that all reporting information is compiled in an accurate and timely manner.

**Prerequisites**:

- Previous experience in used cars, at a senior level, essential.
- Strong knowledge of the used car market.
