**Position Overview**:
As a Taxi Driver with 247 Cars, you will be responsible for transporting passengers to their destinations in a safe, timely, and comfortable manner. You will represent the company positively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and promoting a professional image.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a taxi and provide transportation services to passengers.
- Pick up passengers from designated locations and follow the best routes to their destinations.
- Collect fares and provide change as needed, ensuring accurate fare calculations.
- Assist passengers with luggage and ensure a comfortable ride.
- Always maintain a clean and presentable vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and yourself.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting passengers with a friendly attitude and maintaining professionalism throughout the ride.
- Report any vehicle maintenance or safety issues to management in a timely manner.
- Keep track of daily logs and payment receipts.
- Ensure timely reporting of any incidents, accidents, or traffic violations as per company protocol.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a driver or in customer service is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local streets, neighbourhoods, and landmarks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Background check and driving record check required.
- Taxi badge with Wolverhampton, Walsall & Birmingham Required
