**Floor staff**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to.
- Maintain a clean and presentable dining and lounge area.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist with food and drink service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Clear tables and reset for new guests.
- Support the bar and kitchen teams as needed during peak times.
- Monitor the flow of guests and communicate with the floor manager about capacity or service issues.
- Uphold all health and safety standards, including hygiene regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential

**Bar Staff**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take and prepare drink orders in a fast, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and venue offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glasses and utensils.
- Ensure the bar is stocked with the necessary ingredients and products for service.
- Engage with guests, offering a friendly and professional experience.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Handle cash, process payments, and operate the POS system accurately.
- Assist in opening and closing the bar, including stock-taking and cleaning duties.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a bartender or bar staff is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items such as cases of drinks.

**Kitchen Staff**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, washing, and organising ingredients.
- Cook menu items as directed by the head chef, adhering to food safety standards.
- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, surfaces, and utensils.
- Plate food and ensure it is presented to a high standard before serving.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Ensure food storage areas are clean and organized, with proper labelling and expiration tracking.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of special events or large group orders as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy kitchen supplies and equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 37.5 per week
