Corporate Receptionist

Job Introduction
You will be part of a small team who provide excellent service to visitors and employees. This is a Monday to Friday role with shifts between 7am and 7pm with flexibility to cover evening functions.
The clients offices, which were named one of the best workplaces in the country by the British Offices Council, provides a modern open-plan and collaborative working environment for staff, an impressive visitor experience for clients, alongside a range of restaurant facilities. The offices are at the centre of the city's transport hub, so it is easily accessible.
Main Responsibilities
- To provide excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest of standards
- Stand to greet all guests / visitors, ensure eye contact is made within 10 ft of the reception desk
- Greet internal and external clients with a smile.
- Welcome and escort guests to meeting rooms, taking coats and luggage as required.
- Maintain the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.
- Assist with separate registration desks for functions as required.
- Is able to create a positive and lasting relationships with all customers and clients.
- Is able to act on customer requests and anticipate their needs.
- Can take every opportunity to improve my customers’ and clients’ experience.
