This is a permanent full time position, you will be required to work an average of 24.5 hours week on a rota basis. It is a fast paced 24 hour, seven-day business, so working weekends and bank holidays, when it is at its busiest, are a fundamental part of the role. The shifts are 9:30 p.m. to 8.30 a.m. A flexible approach to working additional hours is required, as the need to cover for sickness/holidays may be necessary. You will be registered as a key holder for the premises and will be expected to attend alarm call outs.
The ideal Team Supervisor will have a passion for customer service and have a friendly and outgoing personality. Must be reliable, trustworthy and able to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team. Our mission is to deliver a welcoming, first-class level of customer service and ensure our customers have a very enjoyable visit.
MAIN DUTIES
Ensure effective personnel management.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Always maintain a high level of security, to include cash, stock and premises.
Ensure you and your staff maintain a high standard of personal appearance and cleanliness.
Monitor customers’ behaviour to ensure that it is not unsuitable.
Monitor customers’ entry to ensure that they comply with our age restrictions, or the possibility of a company ban.
Carry out any tasks required by your immediate Senior Manager or Company Director.
All duties will be carried out in accordance with the Company Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
TRAINING
Each individual member of staff is a key player in the smooth running of the organisation. You will receive full training in all duties relating to the position. Your immediate Manager will give ongoing support and guidance. Our Company Directors will outline the Company Health & Safety Policy and also explain your Terms and Conditions of Employment. They will also be available to provide any help or support should the need arise.
