Compliance Administrator

**EQUANS are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to be based in Reading. This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £24,000, dependent upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.**:
**General Overview**:
The Customer is a global company with their headquarters based in Switzerland.

Their business is to build a global network of work spaces in all kinds of locations to make working more convenient for people. In the UK there are circa 300 locations present in 100 major cities and Equans are responsible for all of these locations.

Our scope of services to this customer is to provide a Mobile Engineering team with SSP support to provide the following:

- Compliance and Statutory Inspections
- Fabric Maintenance, Fire Detection, Fighting and Protections Systems and BMS
- Pre-planned Maintenance
- Reactive repairs and maintenance
- Handyman Service
- Helpdesk 24/7 fully staffed from 08:00 - 17:00 Mon to Fri

The Compliance administrator will be responsible for the timely and accurate uploading and validation of all compliance documents to the Client System Invida. They will form part of the overall compliance team and will be expected to work and support the overall contract team as required.

**What will you deliver?**:

- Ensure that all compliance documents are loaded on to the Client system
- Highlight any remedial activity required from any inspection visits
- Ensure all remedial activity is planned and executed in a timely fashion
- Raising Corrective Works packages in Maximo
- Ensuring that Maximo records relating to compliance are loaded and are correct
- Liaising with Invida to ensure reports are accurate and timely

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Technical/building services experience would be of benefit, but not essential
- Conversant with MS Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to demonstrate logical processes, good analytical skills and sound judgement with lots of initiative
- Good organisational and communication skills with the ability to be able to prioritise workload
- Able to assist the Compliance Manager to organise MI reporting and prepare for Customer audits
- Conversant in CAFM systems would be of benefit, but not essential.
