- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Car driver with own transport

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Responsible for own lead generation by prospecting for new business

Generating market appraisals

Listing and marketing luxury homes

Generating and carrying out viewings

Negotiating offers and seeing transactions through to completion

Constantly strive to improve the customer experience
