Middlewich Road Surgery are seeking to appoint a dynamic individual to lead, our established friendly Practice team. Previous experience of working in a GP environment is essential. Understanding of Emis & Docman IT systems would be advantageous.

The primary function of this role will include leading the team, dealing with complaints, arranging staff rotas and holidays, reception duties, dealing with patients at reception and over the telephone, processing prescriptions, booking and cancelling appointments, 'signposting' patients to the appropriate service, and other administrative duties. Excellent listening, communication and customer service skills are essential to this role.

The position is part time, hours and shift pattern to be discussed at interview. We are apart of the NHS pension scheme.
