**Location - Nigel Fisher Way, Chessington, KT9 2SN**

**Reports To - **The Customer Relation Advisor will report to **Head of Customer Relations
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Advisor to build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients, local authorities, families, and communities. We'll rely on you to find ways to succeed in a competitive market, and be the first point of contact for enquiring families. From the beginning, you will influence our customers' journey, building trust and rapport and ensuring that admission to our home is successful.

**Responsibilities and Duties including but not limited to**:

- Create and nurture B2B lead sources including key industry stakeholders (Bed-finders, key local authority teams etc.)
- Meet set occupancy and revenue targets
- A flexible approach to obstacles and hurdles
- Previous experience of driving sales and care standards in multiply sites
- Ensure all leads have an excellent customer journey, from inception to completion
- Ensure all client facing staff are trained to meet our high corporate expectations
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Building positive relationships with clients, guests and all other contacts
- Gathering market intelligence and generate new business using creative methods
- Involvement in community projects and promotion of the service/ home
