**Executive Team Administrator**
**Role Purpose**
The Executive Team Administrator will provide administrative support to the Commercial Marketing Director and Finance Director. This role plays an important part in allowing the Executive Team to successfully deliver our strategic goals and divisional plans.
This role will work with departments throughout Local Pubs, and the wider Marketing and Finance teams across Greene King. Due to the nature of the role, a strong eye for detail and high level of discretion and confidentiality is required at all times.
This is an agile working role, 50:50 split between home and our Burton Office.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Supporting your stakeholders by pro-active and extensive diary co-ordination, planning, and management of meetings
- Developing presentations and spreadsheets
- Centralise and co-ordinate key analytics for board level presentations
- Manage approval processes for head office initiatives that require director input (such as managing expenses, absences etc)
- Organising meetings and events and taking minutes.
- Producing and collating confidential data and preparing periodic business management reports when required
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Provide administration support of ad-hoc projects
Person Specification
- Always seeking to improve quality and service for our internal / external stakeholders
- Ability to react positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand.
- Works accurately and effectively, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality, to meet tight deadlines,
- Works with colleagues to do what is best for the Company as a whole, ahead of divisional, department or personal goals.
- Comfortable reviewing and challenging to ensure the highest standards are met
- Previous experience in PA or Admin role
- Strong all-round communication skills including delivery and presentation of information to all levels
- High level of IT literacy and knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experienced in a fast paced, high end, high growth business.
- Able to demonstrate problem solving skills
- Excellent planning and implementation skills
