Monsoon Marketing Ltd - A long established supplier or high-quality clothing solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute to our sales efforts. As a Telesales Executive, you will be predominantly responsible for generating leads and making outbound calls to prospective clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue, growth and expanding the customer base.

**Duties**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.

Identify prospects, needs and provide information about the business's services.

Present compelling sales pitches to effectively communicate the value of the service we offer.

Provide diary maintenance, organising client/rep meetings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Processing new customer orders.

Working alongside sales representatives / sales admin.

Achieve sales targets set by management.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the database system accordingly.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in telesales or a sales similar role.

Previous industry experience/knowledge highly advantageous.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
