**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Help with the assembly or disassembly of structures as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving processes where possible.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects when required.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
- A valid driver's licence is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £17.54 per hour
