At the hub of the hotel, you can find Vines Bar & Brasserie both of which are full of charm and character, offering a friendly atmosphere serving a wonderful selection of delicious drinks and scrumptious food.

We are on the lookout for a **_Wedding & Events Manager_** to give our clients the best day possible

Job Specification
- All planning, including initial show round of wedding/events & structure of the day
- Preparing and sending out quotes and contracts
- Attending Wedding Fayres and Wedding Showcases
- Creating handovers for all details of wedding/events/conferences
- Manage all financial implications for each wedding/events/conferences
- Be a key member of the team, with on the day execution of wedding/events/conferences
- Work consists of office duties on a weekly basis, which will include evenings & weekends
- Execution of marketing and sales strategies
- Build relationships with each client to ensure you understand their requirements
- Occasional help with setting up of wedding/events
- Liaising with different departments to ensure have all up to date details

Person Specific
- You will come from a similar position with experience of co-ordinating, running weddings/private events
- A confident person who is not afraid of making good sound business decisions
- Marketing and social media experience preferred but not essential
- Be prepared to work a variation of hours, including evenings & weekends
- Be reliable & trustworthy, and well organized
- This is a varied role that would suit an individual who thrives in a varied & busy environment and is calm under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
