Roles & Responsibilities:
As the visionary behind our retail spaces, the Visual Merchandising Manager: Midway Global is on a mission to create an enchanting shopping experience for our visitors. Collaborating with Regional Heads of Commercial, you’ll weave a tapestry of consistent and captivating visual merchandising across our Midway attractions. Fuelled by a love for retail and an eagle-eyed attention to detail, our Visual Merchandising Maestro will dance with space planning principles, ensuring each nook and cranny is orchestrated to perfection. Their goal? To not only boost retail revenue and gross profit but to also make every corner of our Midway estate a retail haven.
- Deliver clear visual guidelines, training commercial colleagues in retail merchandising and display techniques.
- Create brand-specific visual principles and planograms for new retail products, considering guest flow, trends, seasons, and market variations.
- Boost revenue through micro space planning in attractions, tracking and refining merchandising plans for strategic sites and store refits.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing for branded point-of-sale signage, providing display guidelines and messaging hierarchy.
- Partner with Regional Heads to ensure consistent adoption of visual merchandising guidelines across attractions, supporting retail standards and optimal RPCs.
- Contribute to retail range reviews, identifying visual merchandising needs and leading planogram refreshes for each brand.
- Input into store design to ensure fixtures support flexible, efficient stock merchandising.
- Act as a visual merchandising expert for existing and new attractions:

- Provide ongoing global support, collaborating with the Midway Global Commercial Director and Regional Heads of Commercial.
- Explore retail display innovations, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices through research.
