**Salary**: £35,000 per annum
The Business Performance Team at Parasol Homes Limited are looking for a Business Performance Officer to support our housing association maintain compliance, meet all regulatory requirements, and operates effectively.
The role involves supporting the Business Performance Manager to implement new processes and oversee income, operations, data, utility management, rent assessments and business performance management to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of Parasol Homes. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with the tenancy and property teams to collect accurate data
- Review and verify rent assessment documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Produce comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting any historic and current operational and income issues and provide a gap analysis.
- Monitor compliance with operational processes and policies.
- Produce regular and accurate reports.
- Management of Utilities, Council Tax, and internal registers
- Handle office duties such as ordering, call taking, and mailbox monitoring
**Required Skills**:
- Experience with CRM systems, accounting software, or related tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments to meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills to manage conflicting deadlines.
- Good understanding of utility bills, rent assessment, and data management.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance (Regulator of Social Housing, Housing Act, GDPR).
- Collaborative working skills and ability to interpret and report on data.
