The Academy Trainer role is based within our Civil Training business area.

Day to day, you’ll deliver, design, develop and maintain training in support of Babcock training operations to achieve agreed training targets working across the Academy. You'll also be proactively identifying and implementing opportunities to add value to the customer and our business.

**Essential experience**
- Must have NVQ level 3 in motor vehicle or equivalent of 5 years industry experience
- Extensive Motor Industry knowledge and practical experience
- BMW brand knowledge is desirable
- Training instructor / training and development background preferred (Training is provided by babcock)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must hold or have ability to obtain enhanced DBS security clearance
