We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection, dedicated to recruiting the very best staff for the Care Sector.

**Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant?**
- We offer a basic salary of up to £29,500 dependent on experience.
- Realistic first year earnings are between £33,000 and £34,000.
- Company car scheme or Car allowance (£400 per month)

**Experienced Recruitment Consultant?**

We offer a basic salary of £26,000 - £28,500. Realistic first year earnings are between £28,000 and £31,500.

**No Recruitment Experience - no problem**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Visiting new and existing clients at their premises to build a clear picture of their needs within the Care sector.
- Identify, assess and select appropriate temporary workers ensuring they match client requirements.
- Delivering a high-quality service in line with company values.
- With support, working towards realistic sales targets tailored to your experience.

**Hours of Work**:

- Standard working hours are from 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
