We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team based at our Head Office in central Bournemouth.

You will need to have a passion for acheiving excellence in service delivery, along with a positive attitude and a success driven mindset. Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing and developing our partner engineer network that operates nationwide, including the search and onboarding of new service partners
- Developing our service delivery strategy, including implementing new systems and processes
- Resolve any service job issues relating to engineer communication that are escalated from our customer service team
- Supporting our customer service team relating to service delivery
- Reporting and KPI monitoring of engineers
- Key account point of contact and monitoring of SLA’s
- Logistics of new appliance orders working with our approved partners
- Service job update monitoring and obtaining updates from engineers via central online system
- Liaising with technical support, including 3rd party suppliers and manufacturers
- Other relevant tasks set by the business as required for this role
