**Core Function**

The core function of this role is to work closely with the Head of Studio & Outreach and Head of Creative Direction to manage and grow Dinner Lady’s social media presence, through the planning, creation and execution of effective social media strategies, in line with the business strategy.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Executing effective social media strategies across multiple channels, including B2B & B2C platforms.
- Developing content plans and project road maps, and ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Working with the wider Design & Media Production teams, along with the Head of Creative Direction, to create and deliver social content in line with strategies.
- Effectively optimising YouTube content.
- Creative copy writing for social and marketing content.
- Conducting research and analysing data to define target audiences.
- Using reports and analytics to influence strategies.
- Daily maintenance of social accounts, providing a high level of customer service.
- Managing budgets, and supporting with presentation of cases for additional investment.
- Working with the wider team to contribute creative ideas towards marketing campaigns.
- Providing all required reporting on Social Media activities and plan for future initiatives on time and to a high standard.
- Assisting with general marketing activities when required.

**KEY OBJECTIVIES**
- Establishing organic growth of our social platforms.
- Creating awareness of the Dinner Lady brand to customers and consumers - both B2B & B2C.
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and consumers through social platforms.
- Understanding the Dinner Lady brand guidelines, consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing.
- Working with both the production team and wider marketing department to ensure consistency and high standards in collateral where required.

**KPI’s**
- Ensuring all outputs are delivered in full within agreed deadlines.
- Delivering final content in the correct format for the intended purpose.
- Sustainable growth across social media platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
