Our client is an independent award-winning vending supplier. Superior craftsmanship, sustainable technologies and courteous service are things they are fully committed too. They are seeking a Area Supervisor to join their expanding team in London.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, the Area Supervisor will be managing a team of Vending Merchandisers. This includes helping with scheduling of workload, managing the retail performance of sites, auditing sites, providing holiday and sickness cover, managing stock levels, and on-boarding new clients and products. You will also manage the team members, helping them to perform at an optimum level.

**Responsibilities**
- Taking the lead among a small team of Vending Merchandisers
- Overseeing the quality of work done across multiple sites
- Completing site surveys for new installations
- Auditing sites to ensure the highest quality is achieved at each site
- Analysing sales data and trends to help increase sales
- Training new hires
- Ensuring that client vending machine fill and clean requirements are met and maintained.
- Responsible for rectifying minor 1st line coffee machine and vending machine faults.
- Responsible for ordering company stock
- Maintaining effective communication with the Operations Managers.
- Ensuring all company vehicles are kept clean and tidy.
- Holding team meetings at suitable periods.
