**Airport **and reporting to the
- **Ground Operations Training Manager**, the
- **Ground Operations Training Supervisor** will provide support and guidance to a team of trainers within their airport and/or department. The role holder will supervise trainers and training activities, as well as deliver training as required. The Training Supervisor will work with local management and planners to create a robust training plan to deliver the skills necessary for the operation and monitor its progress and completion.- ** **be

- Responsible for the planning and coordination of Ground Operations training within the department(s) or airport.
- Working closely with Station and Department Management teams to identify areas in which training is required. Co-ordinate training activities to meet business needs.
- Attend meetings and events as required; Monthly Training Review, local management meetings, remote meetings and training conferences.
- Ensure training paperwork is completed correctly and results updated on the EGOS system as well as any local skills trackers.
- Undertakes day to day coaching and mentoring as part of their line management role
- Monitors and measures performance of Trainers through the Leadership Framework, one to ones and informal reviews.
- Ensures our Teams practice correct terminology, definitions, operational codes and abbreviations at all times.
- Completes regular competence checks to ensure we not only meet but also exceed both industry and regulatory standards through Trainers.
- Maintains an excellent and up to date knowledge of company and regulatory operating procedures.
- Positively influences the team experience by reinforcing the company commitment to delivering excellence in operational performance.
- Provides suggestions on how to improve the operation, reduce costs and maximise revenue.
- Actively promotes safety and company policies and procedures at all times.
