An opportunity for an experienced Non-Contentious Construction Associate/Senior Associate to join our highly successful team.

As an Associate/Senior Associate in our well-regarded Construction team, you will have the opportunity to manage a varied and interesting caseload. You will also have the opportunity to support and develop junior members of the team as well as having clear progression pathway.

Most of our people choose to work in a hybrid fashion, working from home and attending our offices on occasion. Our offices are in Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Southampton, and Taunton.

**Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by**:
We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate non-contentious construction lawyer to join our national Construction team. The team continues to act for a wide range of clients on a varied portfolio of projects spanning sectors including retail, energy and finance. This is an opportunity to get involved in high quality, complex work, building a really firm foundation in construction and engineering contracts and to gain valuable experience.

You will be based in a supportive and friendly team, and be able to work closely with our partners and other lawyers within the team and beyond, giving you a more rounded perspective. You will be involved in a variety of work and will have the opportunity to build your expertise in a number of key sectors. You will be joining a team with a genuinely national approach, so although you will have a “base” location, you will have the opportunity to work with the full wider non-contentious construction team.

We’ll expect you to be involved in business development and you will be encouraged to participate in networking and marketing activities. We are highly sector and client focused, so spending time in the business community and getting to know and understand the clients you support will be part and parcel of your general role at Clarke Willmott.

It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.
