Factory Operative

Option A have partnered with a leading, International business in Hawick. Our partner is looking for hard-working and motivated locals to take on permanently, train up on machinery and progress through the business.

**Your Duties Will Include**:

- Running extrusion lines
- Packing orders to customer specifications
- Producing fibre optic cabling to spec
- Contributing to a safe and productive work environment
- 12 hour shifts 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am
- 3 days on, 3 days off. 3 weeks of dayshift then 3 weeks of nightshift rotation

Following a **successful** 12 week period with Option A on £10 per hour, our client will employ you permanently. Once you've transferred onto a permanent contract, you will receive a **26% shift allowance** **We also have overtime available**
