If you have experience as a Lettings Negotiator and are looking to progress your career with one of the area's busiest estate agents, then this is the role for you. There are tremendous career progression opportunities and the current OTE in the £23,000-£27,000bracket.
- Achieve Personal targets for new landlord leads and let agreed
- Manage applicant database
- Handle new tenant enquiries
- Provide our clients with high standards of customer service
- Farm databases for new landlord opportunities
- Work with investors looking to purchase properties in our areas
- Arrange and conduct viewings
- Administer offers
- Carry out 'Right to Rent checks
- Target competitors portfolios with a view to gaining landlords details
