**Job description**:
This exciting role offers variety and the independence to work autonomously. You will build and develop positive, professional working relationships with a vast range of stakeholders. This will include involvement with staff across the Agency, as well as external stakeholders, which will in turn offer the opportunity to learn more about the work taking place within the Estates directorate.
**Responsibilities**
Key accountabilities of the role include:
- Work closely with the Equipment Officer assisting with meeting room and event furniture set up. You will liaise with the booking team and key stakeholders when building requirements to fully support customer’s needs. **This may involve some aspects of physical manual handling.**:
- Support the Soft Services team with identification of service fault finding and report via a helpdesk system monitoring the progress to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met.
- Act as initial contact when dealing with work order helpdesk calls which includes answering and logging details as per agreed process.
- Work with the Accommodation team assisting with the management of the furniture order process which will include liaising with supplier and managing the furniture assets. You will be first point of contact when the furniture is delivered to site and will assist with the movements of items when required.

**Additional Information**
This role will require you to work on-site at DVLA, Morriston, Swansea, with occasional visits to other DVLA sites. Therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential.
You will need to provide support between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 to suit business requirements. This will be allocated on a rota basis.

You have excellent communication skills and are confident engaging with stakeholders and call handling. You have great attention to detail and always ensure everything is accurate and error free.
In addition, you will need to be fully proficient in a range of Microsoft Office packages and able to effectively balance multiple priorities.
