We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mixing Operative to join our production team and contribute to our mission.
**Job Overview**
As a Mixing Operative, you will be responsible for the precise preparation and mixing of our liquid products, working closely with the production team to ensure consistency and quality. This role involves operating machinery, measuring and weighing raw materials, and following health and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operating Mixing Machinery**
Operate and monitor various machinery to mix and fill bottles with our products, ensuring accurate and safe operation at all times.
- **Supporting Production Targets**
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieve daily production targets.
- **Precision in Measuring and Mixing**
Accurately weigh and measure raw materials and liquids according to specified formulas, ensuring consistent product quality.
- **Loading and Unloading**
Load raw materials into mixing machinery and unload finished product batches onto pallets for further processing or packaging.
- **Quality Control and Issue Reporting**
Identify and report any machinery issues or irregularities in production to management promptly, helping to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
- **Workplace Safety and Cleanliness**
Follow health and safety protocols, contributing to a clean, organized, and hazard-free workplace environment.
**Schedule**
- **Shift**: 8-hour shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- **Days**: Monday to Friday
- **Overtime**: Available as required
