**Property Administrator - Headingley - Up to £23,000 DOE**

Ambitious Group are thrilled to be working with this Independent Property Investment and Development company based in Headingley, Leeds. This business operates in Commercial Property Management, Asset Management and Property Development.

This is an opportunity for you to interact with tenants, professionals and colleagues on a daily basis to ensure that the team are always well organised and prepared.

**What you will be doing**
- Monitoring and updating contractor's health and safety databases and other information
- Working with contractors to obtain contract and compliance documentation
- Attend monthly team meetings and undertake minute-taking for distribution
- Managing the e-filing system for properties
- Liaise with caretakers and tenants to obtain utility meter readings and provide them to the utility companies for accurate billing
- Liaising with councils for the accurate billing of business rates and council tax
- Maintaining the approved contractor list to ensure up to date documentation
- Logging property repairs onto the Fix-flow contractor portal
- Arranging access with tenants and contractors, for maintenance, inspections, alarm testing, fire evacuations etc
- Assisting with other ad-hoc property and accounting related tasks as required.

**What you will have**
- Previous property administration experience desirable
- IT literate with a good all-round knowledge of Microsoft Office Word & Excel
- Experience of using other property and accounting software packages
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Effective time management and an ability to prioritise workload
- Experience of Sage Accounts & Payroll desirable

**What's in it for you**
- Up to £23,000 annual salary depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
- 21 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays
