Global Hospitality and Lifestyle Brand Karma Group are offering exciting opportunities to join us at Karma Salford Hall in our newest venture in Warwickshire neighboring the Cotswolds. We require waiter, waitresses and bar staff with an immediate start. Various shift times over weekdays and weekends.

Karma Salford Hall - a historic country retreat dating back 700 years, situated in the Vale of Evesham. Includes 32 charming bedrooms, the Tempest restaurant, a library, games room and bar.

**Main Responsibilities**

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Reporting to Food and Beverage Manager / General Manager
- Greeting every guest with a smile, a positive attitude and ensure that they feel welcome
- Leading and motivating team
- Taking full control of restaurant, bar, weddings, events and Private Functions in absence of Line Manager
- Provide inspirational service to our guests by being attentive to their needs, flexible and proactive
- Ensuring service areas are prepared, stocked and ready for service
- Managing Stock
- Serve drinks
- Create and serve drinks and cocktails
- Some drinks are premade, so will just need opening and serving
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Dealing with any guest complaints with understanding and sensitivity
- Have the ability to multitask and deal with several requests at one time while remaining positive and professional
- Ensuring every guest leaves the hotel lounge with the desire to return
- Ensuring all cash and card charges, floats and till procedures are carried out correctly and accept accountability
- Previous experience working behind a Bar and Restaurant
- Experience making drinks in a fast-paced environment
- Hard worker
- Experience making cocktails is ideal but not necessary
- A desire to be ‘the best’ with high standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team, in a busy hotel
- Due to the beautiful location of the property it can be difficult to reach, therefore access to your own transport is advisable.
- Full training will be given
- Shift pattern will be Breakfast, lunch and dinner

**Experience**:

- First-Line Managers: 1 year (preferred)
