**Tenancy Advisor (Contract)**

Hyde is looking to recruit a Tenancy Advisor.

ResidentServices work closely with our customers, providing housing services, housing management and first-class customer care.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to tenancy related enquiries from residents showing good quality call handling.
- Prepare and provide information on tenants’ rights and responsibilities.
- Respond to requests for changes to tenancy in an accurate and timely manner.
- Respond to reports of abandonment and illegal subletting.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Previous experience working within housing or tenancy management
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Effective call handling skills
- Proficient IT Skills
