Lab Tech

**Location: Gyle Centre, Edinburgh**
**Salary: Between £7.69 and £10.62 per hour, which can be higher based on experience**
**Bonus: Full-Time equivalent of £150 a month on target earnings - pro-rata for your hours**
**Working hours: Full-time and Part-Time weekend work, will include some weekend working**

At Specsavers, our Laboratory Technicians use the latest computer-controlled equipment and an eye for detail & accuracy, allowing them to maintain high standards maximise customer satisfaction.
With your previous knowledge of an Optical Lab, you will be part of a team responsible for preparing customer’s spectacle orders to the highest standard and be confident with the following responsibilities:
- Accurately reading lens and frame specifications from prescriptions that are received
- Setting and glazing lenses into frames ensuring attention to detail at all times
- Complete necessary minor repairs and adjustments
- Working towards agreed timeframes to meet customer expectations
