Charmandean Road is a 24-hour, residential service supporting adults aged 18+ with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), physical disabilities, sensory impairments, complex health needs and/or epilepsy**.**The service supports people to develop individualised and accessible person-centred plans and health action plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence. Charmandean Road has eight fully adapted bedrooms split overtwo floors. There is a communal living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a large private garden. The service also has an adapted minibus for day trips.

**Location: Charmandean Road - Worthing - West Sussex - BN14 9LB**

**Contract/Shifts Available**: Permanent, Full Time

**Salary**: £19,760 per annum

Your role is to:

- Remain awake and alert throughout the night to ensure the safety of the people we support.
- Monitor and promote sleep and wellbeing patterns.
- Support with nightly tasks: such as medication and domestic duties.
