We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our creative team and play a key role in elevating our brand presence across various social media platforms.

Job Summary:
As a Senior Designer specializing in Social Media and Artwork, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience ensuring seamless execution and adaptation across different social media channels. Your role will involve not only designing eye-catching graphics but also taking ownership of the artwork design process from start to finish ensuring high quality products are sent to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media content creation:
Conceptualize and create engaging visual content for all major social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and in the future TikTok.

Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across social media channels.

Artwork and Production:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design assets for both digital and print media.

Creative Strategy:
Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop design concepts that effectively communicate the intended message.

Stay updated on design trends and best practices in social media to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and other relevant teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to visual storytelling.

Qualifications and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a senior designer with a strong portfolio showcasing social media design expertise.
- Excellent proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and others as relevant.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, their unique requirements, and best practices.
- Strong Artwork skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Oversee all design elements, from the initial conception to final delivery.
- Use your strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product.
- Listen to design needs, produce ideas and communicate them to clients and other members of the team.
- Maintain high standards of quality and make sure only the best work is released to clients.
- Creating print-ready and digital files to a high standard
- Collaborate across the organization to drive up standards of digital creativity.
- Maintain and manage a social media content plan(basically a plan that shows what content is going on which platform on what day)
- Community management on social media(answering comments and direct messages that come through the platform)
- Close collaboration with the sales to see what is selling well and what isn’t which would feed the social media platform.
- Copyright experience preferable.
