Page Personnel are working in partnership on an exciting new role for a Global business in Southport This role is recruiting this would be a great position for a senior/supervisor/team leader level wanting to take the next step up The role will be reportinginto the Credit Manager.

**Description**
The Successful Credit Control Supervisor duties include:
**Management**
- Supporting with approving Holiday requests
- Appraisals / 121
- KPI monitoring
- Cash flow forecast
- Disciplines
- Sickness/Return to work
- Training opportunities
- Reviewing Overdue Debt / Managing Risks
**Daily duties**:
- Support credit controllers
- Risk reports
- Manage age debtor
- Queries
- Credit Control journals
- Support Credit Policies
**Profile**
The Credit Control Supervisor MUST have:
- Solid experience as **senior/supervisor/team leader in credit control**:
- Ideally ICM/CICM (not essential)
- Confident dealing with escalated aged debt and the legal collections process
- Awareness and experience of issuing Pre-Action protocols
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as on their own
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to achieve set targets
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
