This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists as a Logistics Controller in our busy site in Sheffield.

Working with a large fleet of 1600 vehicles the role of Logistics Controller is to rotate, plan and deliver a structured schedule for our hire vehicles. This includes ensuring the correct vehicles are available for customers, that cleaning and valeting isdone in a timely manner ready for vehicles to be delivered to customer’s premises, collection of vehicles where hire has finished and liaising with neighbouring branches for customer specific requirements.

You will be coordinating a team of 18 drivers/valeters in the yard ensuring that information is communicated effectively and efficiently. This position would suit someone with previous logistics/fleet experience or someone who currently works in the vehiclerental market looking to further their career.

The role is fast paced, and no two days are the same so having the ability to manage a busy schedule and adapt to meet customer expectations/needs is a must.
