**Front of House Assistant - The Old Glasshouse**
The Old Glasshouse Restaurant is set within Coletta & Tyson’s award-winning Garden Centre based just outside Beverley, East Yorkshire. We are looking for friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic Front of House Assistants to join our team, with multiple positions available.
**About the Role**:
As a Front of House Assistant your main role will be to give our guests an exceptional level of customer service while carrying out daily tasks such as taking orders, taking payments, running food & drinks, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene, and interacting with our guests to ensure they receive a 5* service.

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Carry out our service in a safe, professional, and efficient manner.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Old Glasshouse
- Communicate our service and menu to our guests, including allergen awareness.
- Have a good understanding of food hygiene.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for our guests.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for your colleagues.
