- Collaborating with employers to support interns.
- Visiting workplaces and helping young people overcome barriers.

**If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you**:

- Must be able to drive and have access to a car.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Great time management.
- Good understanding of SEND.

**College location**:Based at our Hastings Campus.**

**Annual salary: Circa £25,800**

(Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)

**Hours**:Full time - 37 Hours / 52 Weeks**
