Here at Heath Street rated ‘’Good’’ by CQC, we offer a wide variety of community access, such as, visits to cafes and lunches out, day trips, bingo, coffee mornings, pamper sessions, musical sessions. We support up to 6 individuals, bot male and female, with everyday support including personal care, meal time support, medicine administration, managing finances and help with budgeting. In this role as a Night Support Worker, along with supporting the residents, you will ensure their safety and security by conducting nightly rounds around the building and preparing for tasks for the following day.
