Trainee Gardener

County Garden Management are currently looking for a full-time trainee gardener to join the garden maintenance team in our Great Bardfield branch. For the right gardener we can offer:

You will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with clients, maintaining every garden to a high standard, constantly improving gardens to reach their full potential and developing ideas and plans for new planting schemes.

**Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities as a gardener will include**:

- Mowing
- Strimming
- Planting
- Mulching
- Weeding
- Soft Landscaping
- Planting
- Pruning
- Watering
- Hedge cutting
- Leaf blowing
