Distinctive Medical is a leading supplier of equipment and consumables to the NHS and Private Hospital sectors.

Reporting to the Company Director, and based at our HQ in Runcorn, we are now looking to add a talented individual to our team.

We are looking for a Junior Administrator/PA who would like to join us to learn the ropes and be taught all aspects of an administrative assistant’s role. There will be some involvement with our Customer Service team and some order processing and query resolution.

**The Role**:
Dealing with incoming / outgoing mail

Scanning documents

Processing customer orders and answering customer queries

Communicating with and placing orders on suppliers

Keeping track of staff holidays

Assist in the maintenance of our professional accreditation, ISO 9001:2015

Some PA Duties for the Director

Full in-house training and support will be given.
