**The Position**
Adopting an all-around approach, you’ll work across a variety of briefs and projects, really taking the time to understand your client’s needs and ambitions. You’ll roll up your sleeves to deliver some top-tier results, successfully juggling multiple projects at once.

A collaborative team player but also a natural leader, you’ll manage a talented team and be happy to muck in when necessary, contributing ideas, pushing boundaries and leaning into the creative.

You’ll give your seal of approval to rollouts and deliverables, using your initiative to spot potential opportunities and challenges - quickly becoming a real steady pair of hands that knows how to produce knockout work every time.

**What We’re Looking For**
We’re after a Lead Creative Artworker who’s all about adaptive design and creative artwork. Passionate and confident, you’ll bring a collaborative approach, a fresh perspective and a keen eye for detail to the table.

We want to hear about your background working on FMCG projects, so you’ll talk us through how you really get to grips with each client and bring the whole thing together. Most importantly, you’ll be highly motivated, always striving for excellence within every project you get your hands on.
