We at Bedford Window Cleaning are looking for the right people to join our growing team, we have positions for working on our commercial and domestic cleaning teams.

We are looking for someone who loves working outdoors with a change of scenery everyday. You must be able to work well on your own and as part of a team.

We carry-out various cleaning & mainetance works from Window Cleaning, Gutter Clearance, Solar Panel Cleaning Pressure Washing, Roof Moss Removal, Soft washing, Roof Repair, Brick Re-pointing, Chimmney Repair and other building maintenance and much more. We are really looking for someone who is wants to work outdoors in all weathers working in our major works teams on as variety of projects. We are exterior cleaning and repair specialists who cater for a wide variety of different types of work.

Experience is useful but not required, full training will be provided by one of our experienced team members. Starting pay will be determined by any relevant experience you have to this industry.

Useful qualifications would be if you have completed any IPAF Training or PASMA training, or any other trade related qualification.

Positions available for 35 - 40 hours per week, normal start times are between 7:30am and 8 am and finishing between 3:30pm
- 4pm week days. Occasionally we may start and finish outside of these times but that is the exception not the norm. Availability to occasionally work away mid week would be beneficial but not essential, extra pay and allowances over and above what is offered in this job post is given for this type of work.

You will receive a company pension, 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.

Fully trained rates of pay start at £12.50 - £14 per hour based on relevant experience and proven ability.

If you have previous experience with both water-fed and traditional tools or gutter clearance and roof cleaning, or any other service we offer on our website then starting salary is negotiable. Do also let us know if you have any other trade skills and experience as we do tackle a wide variety of major works projects which can involve a wide skillset. i.e. Roofer, Brick-layer, Painter & Decorator, Electrician etc.

Rate of pay will be increased as quickly as you can learn the skill needed to work un-supervised. This can be as quickly as 1-3 months depending on how fast you can learn and master the skills needed.
