Behaviour Mentor Required in Croydon

This role will be working with challenging behaviour everyday will be different and job satisfaction will be guaranteed, you will be an essential member of the team inspiring students to achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities:

- Successfully manage the behaviour of students you’ll be working with.
- Foster positive relationships with students by being a role model and ensure students achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure the smooth running of the school day and that students achieve the best outcomes.
- Act as an ambassador for Protocol Education by being punctual and professional at all times.
- Have experience in Care sector, Youth Work, Ex-Military
- Have a some experience in an educational setting
- Are an excellent communicator and have a natural ability to work and build positive rapport with young people.
- Have good knowledge of child protection and safeguarding guidelines (an up-to-date DBS that is registered on the Update Service is desirable but not essential at this stage).
- Have the ability to work collaboratively as well as taking ownership of your own workload.
