**Sema Inspector / Racking Installations Manager**

We are currently looking for a Sema Inspector / Racking Installations Manager to join our busy team in Coventry

**Sema Inspector / Racking Installations Manager Duties**:

- To take active responsibility for Managing the day-to-day activity across the UK territory for servicing, inspection and repair to existing installations (clients).
- Establishing a sustainable infrastructure of suppliers & installation crews countrywide.
- To identify new opportunities, new revenue streams or new market sectors that can support adi’s growth strategy.
- Preparing costings, Quotations to enable new repair and installation business to be secured
- Managing client database and CRM system
- Work with the Leadership team to assess and evaluate strategic opportunities.
- Build relationships and develop them as long-term business partnerships.
- Plan and Project Manage the delivery of all secured business.
- Develop additional revenue streams through developing both internal and external clients.

**Sema Inspector / Racking Installations Manager Requirements**:

- Sema and Seirs qualified
- Completion of a recognised qualification with time served trade apprenticeship advantageous
- Experience in a similar role within an industrial and/or manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of best practice in respect to racking installations and
- Sound judgement and decision-making capabilities and commercial risk assessments.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience of building strong relationships both internal and external
- Experience of customer and stakeholder Management
- Demonstrate ability to understand Engineering drawings
- Demonstrate Health and Safety Management competency
- Competent in producing Method Statements and Risk Assessments
- Membership of a relevant certified body or possession of an appropriate engineering Qualification
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work closely with clients and their representatives
- Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Professional hands-on individual who is reliable and flexible in their approach to work
- Team player that focuses on contributing to and optimising the team output
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and accountability without daily guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships

**Desirable**:

- Experience of working in the food and beverage industry would be advantageous
- Experience of successful Management of large budget projects within tight financial circumstances and in a competitive environment
- Experience of successfully securing racking projects in a competitive environment
- Experience in setting/contributing to strategy
- Experience of effective policy development
