**Join Our Culinary Sales Team as a Sales Advisor at ProCook**

Are you a kitchen enthusiast with a passion for helping others? ProCook is on the lookout for Sales Advisors who can bring their love for cooking and customer service to our stores

**Position Available: Part-Time - 12 hours per week**

**Your Recipe for Success**:
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, guiding them to the right kitchenware and enhancing their culinary journeys.

**A Typical Day at Work**:

- Welcome customers and assist them in finding the perfect products.
- Engage with customers to provide knowledgeable advice and secure sales.
- Participate in product training to enhance your knowledge.
- Help maintain store visual standards and stock levels.
- Prepare the store for the next day's operations.

**Daily Activities**:

- Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Showcase our kitchenware and highlight its benefits.
- Process transactions and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure store displays are neat and product availability is optimal.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer experience.
- Assist in organizing stock and inventory management.
- Support the team in various store responsibilities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about customer service and delivering memorable experiences.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Motivated to achieve sales targets and personal goals.
- A team player with a friendly and positive outlook.
- Able to listen and respond to customer needs effectively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable with technology and using point-of-sale systems.
