Deerfoot IT Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit an ERP Implementation Project Manager to assist the business with simplifying activities to implement a non-customised ERP solution. This 12-18 month fixed term contract is a hybrid roleof home working and being based in Havant, later it will be remote for the Germany and China implementation. This FTC comes with an attractive salary of £80,000-100,000.

Reporting to the Head of IT, you will deliver an ERP implementation on time and within budget that meets the needs of the business. You will facilitate all stakeholders to complete tasks on time, reach decisions, and knock-down roadblocks.

During your first few weeks in this ERP Implementation Project Manager role, you can expect to begin work on:

- Developing, planning, and implementing a new ERP system for the entire company
- Guiding the implementation of new organisational processes to align with the new ERP configuration
- Fully mapping the current software landscape and assisting with the development of the future landscape
- Developing a change management plan for implementation of the ERP, maintaining SME relationships and buy-in

Prior experience in an ERP Implementation Project Manager role is required to apply. You must be experienced in planning to rollout and have an understanding of lean manufacturing. Ideally, you will also have MS D365 F&O, and Azure services

In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of £80,000 to £100,000.
