**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Provide menu information and recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and waiting areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback promptly and effectively.
- Support catering events as needed, ensuring all food safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service during busy periods.
- Maintain knowledge of food preparation techniques to assist in menu understanding.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with catering services, bartending, or restaurant operations is highly desirable.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £8.00-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
