**Job Title** Housekeeping Assistant

**Reporting To** Head Housekeeper

**NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB**

To clean bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to a quality standard and to ensure all room facilities are working. To self-check rooms to the minimum standard required by the hotel and rectify if standard is below company standard expectations. To stock all linen and cleaning cupboards daily.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Replace and restock all items provided for guest use within each room and bathroom.
- To clean and refresh bedrooms, bathrooms and public spaces to a quality standard following the trained procedure at all times.
- Report promptly any lost property, room defects, scuffs and fabric damage including equipment and light bulbs to department manager, and ensure it is correctly logged correct books for documenting are at the reception desk.
