DALROD is a leading UK Franchisor that manages a rapidly expanding network of Franchisees. DALROD have been operating within the drainage industry for over 35 years, providing expert solutions and top-quality customer service to our client base. We are broadening our core Head Office team and this requires some key new members of staff to help drive growth.

**The Position**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail driven individual to join our team as our new Credit Controller. This role will be fast paced and require someone with excellent organisation and communication skills. Our Credit Controller will need to have experience working in a credit control role previously and will be responsible for helping to collect monies and manage any overdue accounts for our franchise network.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Peterborough Head Office. This role will ideally suit someone looking to take the next step in their career and who wants to learn and grow within a secure business.

**Role Overview and Person Specification**:

- To effectively control the daily activity of company and franchisees credit control in line with company procedures, set targets and payment terms
- To ensure all customer details and account records are accurate and up to date at all times
- To ensure the accurate and timely distribution of monthly reports relating to Credit Control
- To ensure the health and safety of yourself and others at all times
- Control the collection of all monies and manage overdue accounts.
- Maintain regular and professional contact and relationships with customers.
- Ensure the timely and effective resolution of all queries relating to payments.
- Manage the allocation of all incoming payments.
- Distribute an accurate monthly customer statement of accounts to all customers.
- Ensure all banking is done in a timely manner.
- Ensure the accurate and timely weekly reporting of debtor information.
- Effectively deal with remittance advices.
- Work closely and effectively with Franchisees to resolve any payment or credit control issues.

**Person Specification**
- A positive can-do attitude and a fast learner
- Good working knowledge of MICROSOFT Office tools.
- Previous use of SAGE systems.
- Previous use of CLIK systems an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Works well in a team and independently.
- Previous experience of debtor management processes and direct customer liaison is key.
- Excellent organisational skills and can juggle multiple tasks
