**The Position**:
**What You’ll be Doing**:

- Adhering and responding to agreed SLAs.
- Assisting with project work where necessary.
- Taking ownership of customer issues.
- Ensure that all IT systems are operating effectively and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, hardware upgrades, and system backups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues reported by users.
- Manage user accounts and access control for all company IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices for service delivery and service management.
- Provide technical support to end-users, including installation and configuration of software and hardware.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Work closely with other members of the IT department to ensure that all IT services are delivered to the business in a timely and effective manner.

**What We Look For**:

- A demonstratable amount of experience in IT system administration.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft OS including the full O365 suite.
- Basic understanding of Networking and Servers.
- Ability to work in a proactive way in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Experience with ITIL best practices for service delivery and service management
- Experience in handling issues related to permissions, security, access, Active Directory, unified communications.
- Maintaining ownership and follow up on tickets till closure.
- Contributing to continuous service improvements and quality audits, to deliver improved services to the customer.
- Assist with user onboarding and training for new software and hardware systems.

**The Package**:

- £27,000 to £33,000 per annum with regular reviews
- Hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office / 3 Working from Home
