To support our continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Order Processing Administrator to join our forward-thinking B2B team based in Alfreton, Derbyshire.

**The Role**:
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their administrative career. The Order Processing Administrator will efficiently process customer orders, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage and oversee the entire order process for mobile phone and data sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from order entry to fulfilment
- Provide excellent support to the B2B Sales team and assist in daily administrative duties
- Handle the setup and management of mobile phone connections for business clients, coordinating with network providers and addressing any technical issues
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding their orders, connections, and any credit-related queries, providing prompt and clear communication
- Conduct credit checks for new and existing clients to assess creditworthiness and determine appropriate credit limits and terms
- Proactively resolve any order, connection, or credit-related issues, working closely with other departments and staff to ensure client satisfaction

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
We are looking for a detail-orientated individual with strong communication skills and a good understanding of administrative processes. You will have the ability to multitask and support both customers and colleagues alike.

Key skills and experience required:

- Proven experience in order processing, credit checks, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B or telecommunications environment
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proficient in data entry and CRM software, with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language
- Ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary

**Benefits**:
This is an office-based position, working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm at our head office in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
- Salary of £21,000 - £23,000 per annum DOE
